Esther designed the interior elements of this ultra-luxury apartment building at 13th and U Streets NW in Washington, D.C. while she was with the renewed Champlimaud design firm in New York City. 13|U brings new sophisticated living to the historic U Street corridor.

The 155 units have contemporary appeal through the usage of warm wood tone cabinet and white quartz countertop. In the bathrooms, a touch of opulence meets practicality as porcelain slabs grace the shower, offering both elegance and effortless maintenance.

The public areas of this luxury apartment have embraced a transitional design approach, service a respectful nod to the rich historical heritage of the surrounding area.
