CUSTOM DESIGN PLANNing SESSION
We will walk through your space, verify preliminary measurements and begin to understand your vision, preferences and project specific requirements. We will help you finalize the scope of work, preliminary investment budget, and present to you with a customized design service proposal to review.

It's official...we're a team!
You will sign the design proposal/agreement and make your first payment. We will then schedule your project kick-off date. In the meanwhile, you will be asked to compile a Pinterest or Houzz style inspiration board of images that appeal to you. Additionally, you will be sent a detailed design questionnaire to complete.

KICK-OFF
During our kick-off meeting, we will do a deep dive into understanding your lifestyle, aesthetic preference. If necessary and dependent on the project scope, we will come to your home to take measurements and photos.

CONCEPT DESIGN
Space planning is where all good design begins. We will ensure that an optimal kitchen layout meets your lifestyle and storage needs and maximize the flow and use of spaces. You will also be presented with a mood board that delineates key design elements through inspirational images, color and material pallet proposals.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Depending on the size of your kitchen, typically there will be 2 round of design presentations where you will be presented with cabinetry finish, countertop, tile, appliances and plumbing fixtures selections. This is where the magic happens!

PROCUREMENT
Once you fall in love with the design, we will proceed with placing items not procure by your contractor and handle all the logistics of shipping and delivery of products to your home.

CONSTRUCTION
We will make periodic visits during construction to ensure that the design intent is executed and answer any questions the construction team may have.
