We recognize that interior design is a valuable investment in your home, and we are here to hep you set a realistic budget form the outset. With our extensive network of suppliers, we can source materials, furniture, and decor at various price points to suit your need. Most importantly, we will help you prevent costly mistakes and returns, recommending durable and high-quality items. After which, we will handle the procurement and various issues ranging from supervision order placement, tracking and resolving problems that will inevitably arise. Leave all the logistical and installation coordination to our cable hands.
Design Investment
When planning a full furnishing design project, it is advisable to allocate 1.5-3% of your home value per room or $90-120 per square foot for each space. This range will depended on your preference of style and quality of furnishings and the project’s overall budget. Naturally, smaller rooms with few design elements may fall below this range, while larger spaces requiring more extensive furnishing and detailing may exceed it.
Mudan Interior Design currently have a project minimum of $50,000 investment and two room minimum.

Discovery call
We will discuss your project needs, your project investment and your dream! Let’s see if Mudan Interior Design is a good fit for your project.

CUSTOM DESIGN PLANNING SESSION
We will walk through your spaces, verify preliminary measurements and begin to understand your vision, preferences and project specific requirements. We will help you finalize the scope of work, preliminary investment budget, and present to you with a customized design service proposal to review.

It's official...we're a team!
You will sign the design proposal/agreement and make your first payment. We will then schedule your project kick-off date. In the meanwhile, you will be asked to compile a Pinterest or Houzz style inspiration board of images that appeal to you. Additionally, you will be sent a detailed design questionnaire to complete.

Kick-off
During our kick-off meeting, we will do a deep dive into understanding your lifestyle, aesthetic preference. If necessary and dependent on the project scope, we will come to your home to take measurements and photos.

concept design
Space planning is where all good design begins. We will ensure that an optimal furniture layout meets your lifestyle needs and maximize the flow and use of spaces. You will also be presented with a mood board that delineates key design elements through inspirational images, color and material pallet proposals.

design development
Depending on the scope of work, typically there will be 2 to 3 round of design presentations where you will be presented with a curated package of furnishings, decorative lightings, rugs, window treatment and accessories. This is where the magic happens!

procurement
Once you fall in love with the design package, we will proceed with placing all the items and handle all the logistics of shipping, warehousing and delivery. We will take care of all issues that will inevitably arrive with shipping and quality issue of product.

install day
Leave your home to us on the install day to handle all the furnishing delivery to site and style your space to perfection. Return home to your vision realized!
